Lost luggage and awful service

Awful experience with Intercape Gosh! They used to be my favourite without a doubt but the experience I had today was theee worst. They lost my bag which i have placed in the bus with my 4 other bags when i boarded the bus and the driver was rude and told me there is nothing he can do! Had no regard for my feelings what so ever!
