Lost Luggage

My 75 year old mother mrs Heila Kruger travelled from Pretoria to Paarl 05/11/2015 and they lost her luggage somewhere. According to their call centre their terms & conditions stipulate that you must take out your own insurance. They don't care that it was basicly all her clothes which no needed to be replaced. And she only receive a state pension!
