Lost luggage

I was on a bus from Pretoria to Welkom on the 13th of July 2015. When we got to our destination (Welkom) our luggage was gone . The bus driver then said that he would report this incident which I suspect never happened , because I haven't been contacted by any Intercape representitive. I called Intercape on numerous occasions and all they say to me is that they will get back to me which they have failed to do for the past 2 weeks.
