Lost handbag on Intercape Bus from Pretoria to Kimberley

InterCape consultants have really disappointed me. Your lack of communicating was so poor. I lost my handbag on the bus , and was on the line the whole time with the consultants, till they told me my bag was received by the driver and it will be sent back on the next Bloemfontein bus, By my surprise the driver had all of a sudden a different story of my bag ,while I confirm what was in the bag and was told that its my bag. So how was it that the bag never reach Kimberley and what happen, I really lost big , They service level was not good . To the consultants that gave me hope that my bag was found. I have no words to express how I really feel... But I trust God knows.
