Lost bus drivers.

I've never had major issues with any bus liners but today 21st November 2021, bus 611 leaving from Pretoria to Cape Town at 10AM got lost leaving Park Station. How is it that the drivers don't have support in such instances? Are there no alternative routes drivers are to use in a case where there is a road closure or process for them instead of asking random drivers on the road? This is unacceptable!
