Lost bag

People be on the look out if you gonna use Intercape buses or don’t use them at all yesterday they lost my son’s bag with everything in it they can’t find it clearly they gave it to someone else if how i dnt knw because everyone was given a ticket for the bags how can they give a wrong bag to someone else i dnt understand not unless they took the bag for themselves because it was a Puma bag and now they telling me about their turn around time that is 7days to investigate what exactly i dnt understand my son didn’t go to school becuase he doesn’t have a uniform no clothes ??? i’m so ****ed off right now they also want me to do an affidavid to state what happened how is this going to help they making their problems to mine now and nice thing i still have a ticket for the bag they lost plus i knw the bus number it was bus number 601 it left Park station at 18:30 yesterday (09/01/2019) if i have to get laywer for you guys to bring back the bag or pay i will you have no idea who i am i’m going to show Intercape flames they better pay up dnt hv time for this bull**** waiting for what exactly ????
