LOST A BAG

My Aunt took a bus from Butterworth to Cape Town on the 13/12/2015 at 11h25 arrived in Cape Town at 06h05.<br> She was asleep when everyone got off and the driver woke her up when they realised she was still in the bus as they were making their way to the DEPOT, she woke up panicking and resulted in her forgetting her bag behind the seat she was sitting in. When she got off she immediately went to the ticket office _Intercape(Cape Town Station) and reported and they told her they will bring her bag at 10h30 when the bus comes back from the Depot (Bellville),i tried calling and they now telling us they cant find her bag in the bus. My question is how can they not find a bag while she was the last passenger? How possible is that? Intercape has bad service finish and klaar.. Why don't they announce when they get to where people must get off still puzzles me like other buses do.<br> Reference Number is ***.
