Loss of baggage

On 16.12.15 I took a trip from Cape Town to Durban on a Intercape Bus leaving Cape Town at16:40.<br> On my arrival in Durban the following day I found that my suitcase and contends were not on the bus.<br> Despite phone calls to your offices No.*** and speaking to Karen,Nathan,Shana,Chennet and others Nobody can tell me where the suitcase is.<br> Ref Numbers supp**** to me are C*** and ***XX342<br> This matter is reported on behalf of Mrs P.Norris who was the passenger
