Loosing a Tablet and late bus

I was Was traveling from Welkom to Cape town Yeasterday and about 3:00 - 4:00 in the morning my wife went to the toilet and left her Tablet of the sit number 5 as it her and my daughter on number 5 and 6 and I was on sit number 7 and when she came back she advised me she lost the tablet we reported to the bus assitant and his response was are accusing him of *****ing the Tablet?Who should we report to when we lost something even through they are not going to do anything? and we continued to look for the tablet in the bus without any luck and I called the police at Laingsburg and they said they will wait at the shell garage so that they can search the bus. We contineud to search for the Tablet and we decided to check on the sit were the assitant sitting and the driver said we cant search on his iteams only to found the Tablet under the drivers luggage a and we asked why is the Tablet there and they became offensive and they started swearing and I was swearing back at them. I called the call center to lay a complaint and explained to the poice what happend. I have been traveling with intercape for 5 years and never experienced such treatment and on top of all being late.
