Longest bus ride

I took Intercape for the first time this past Sunday and it was the longest trip of my life. The attendants keep changing people from seats they had initially allocated for them and shift blame to people doing bookings. The bus got stuck and we were told its a diesel issue and i could not understand how the drivers can miss that they are almost running out and make a plan prior to bus getting stuck. I arrived at my destination four hours later and it is not safe for women to be at stations at that time. I do not think i would ever use this bus again.
