Long distance travel with a faulty air con

On the 8 October I was travelling with my husband to Durban travelling from Joburg from the moment the bus left Johannesburg station everyone from the bus complained about the air con. It would come on for about 5 minutes and stop working , we requested numerous times to the bus assistant to please attend to the air conditioning as there bud is too hot and we are not breathing properly. We were attended for a little after wards we were ignored. It's unhealthy to allow a bus with a faulty air con to travel a long distance with passages. I'm very disappointed in the service intercape provided for me and my husband.
