Left stranded without even a refund or alternative bus

What a useless and ****ming bus service, bought 2 tickets for my sister in laws from Joburg to Mount Frere. The bus left them at Park station and they even refused to refund us our R 2 000. They did not even bother to arrange for the alternative bus. I'm very disappointed and will never ever use this bus service again.
