Left on the highway

On Friday, I used the intercape bus to go to Johannesburg(Midrand) from Welkom(8:30), and unfortunately there was a gas spill on Marlboro drive, which led to us being stuck in traffic and that was not a foreseeable event HOWEVER when the traffic officers started rerouting the traffic, our bus driver was nowhere to be found and we waited something like 30mins. Eventually he came back and rerouted. The worst thing is when the driver left us on the high way around 6/7pm and told us to cross the high way so that we can to Bird one Engen garage. The driver did not care for our well being or our safety as some of us were woman.

I have all the pictures of everyone on the highway. They didn't even show us where the garage is and we had to negate ourselves through the high way traffic. This was truly traumatic and hopefully intercape can teach their drivers safety skills and interpersonal skills
