LEFT BEHIND

<p>I used the intercape from midrand to zeerust or at least l wanted to use it. The bus stops in midrand on the next to the N1 at the egoli caltex star stop. I have used this bus at this place many times. It stops at egoli caltex star stop in midrand, on the way to jhb and from there goes through to Zeerust. So i wait where i always waited with a lady i met also waiting for my bus. It was ment to arrive at 12:35. By 13:30 we get quite worried by 14:00 she calls the bus, it left without us!! They changed the route they now stop on the other side of the highway on the way to pta! Wow thanx for the information. They gave us no warning or information on the ticket, it just says and i quote "egoli caltex star stop (m71)N1" thats it!! The people who we spoke to said we were on the correct side, true they work for a different bus company and are not too sure but there is NO ONE ELSE to ask. When the bus did not come we just thought it was late as it often is. After wasting all my airtime on a call the company doesnt appologise and refuses to replace my ticket or refund it. Terrible company terrible customer service. They carry on about the fact that they are a "christian" company, please that is an insult.</p>
