Leaving passengers stranded

After I paid for a bus ticket for a staff member and arriving at the bus station, I was told that the bus departed 15 minutes early and I would now need to wait over an hour for another bus. Please don't ever waste momey with Intercape, rather book a service which is properly managed. The staff were not helpful to inform me where and when another bus was coming and I was stranded
