Late coming without any explanation

I was at Midrand station as 06:30 where I was meant to catch a bus to Durban. I then proceeded to Park Station after realising that there was no bus. No explanation was given as to the cause of the delay. All that I received was 'I am only a driver' and the explanation I got from the check-in counter was 'I don't know sisi'. This was not a good enough explanation especially from a competitive company like Intercape. What ****ed me even more was the wrong pronounciation of my name when I had in fact spelt it more than 3 times to the operator
