Late coach arrivals

Kids were on a 5:45am bus from Pretoria set to arrive @12:45 in Welkom. Bus only arrived @17:30 and there was no communication of a delay. No prior warning of a delay whatsoever. Very disappointing and unprofessional. A six hour trip took almost 12hrs
