Late, careless, appalling service

The damn bus left more than an hour before departure. I fail to understand how a bus can make the mistake of leaving wayyyy earlier than the scheduled time and not let the passenger know. My bus was supposed to depart 20:55 from shell garage bothaville to grahamstown, i arrived at the bus stop 30 mins before time... I waited and waited because I figured itz late. Around 21:30 I called the customer helpline only for them to tell me the bus left and passed welkom even to my surprise, I asked myself what speed that bus must have been driving because it clearly was not logical given the time and distance. I asked the petrol attendants what time that bus left, they said 19:42 showing me the fuel slip of the truck it parked next to at the time. I'm furious, appalled and super disappointed at the service I received, the assistance I received was zero to none from the consultant even the supervisor. You must retrain your people clearly they have no idea what they are doing. You people are careless, time is money and that's your bottom line. I'm supposed to be at work tomorrow now thanx to your unprofessional service I probably have a warning.
