LATE BUS!

Utterly disappointed! Bus set to get to P.e at 20:10 gets there 30-40 minutes. No communication whatsoever. Due to time I booked a flight to CPT. I then send a email to Intercape offices and spoke with Luzaan M who was absolutely disrespectful and not helpful. Her manager called me and she states yes the bus did delay but we cant compensate you as it is in our policy that they can delay up to an hour. Great job Danielle the head of complaints! I requested the copy of my calls and this was refused!
