Late and Pathetic.

I was scheduled to depart at 15h15. Was only notified at 16h29 that my bus has been delayed for *5 hours 30 minutes* and I have already been waiting. Tried to call and reschedule my date and time for the following day given 21h00 is too late for me but I was told that I'm only able to change that 15min prior to departure time and that has already passed but I was only notified of the delay afterwards. (The drivers are also very rude)
