Late and badly planned

Bus left Grahamstown / Makhanda 50 min late on 27 Dec. Drivers all played their own music loud enough for the whole bus to hear, all night. Arrived in Cape Town one hour late. No cell phone chargers, no Wifi.

Stopped for a 15 min break somewhere in the middle of the night when there were 5 other buses there at the same time. There were 20 women in the queue for the toilets. Are all the passengers from 6 buses supposed to use 12 toilets in 15 minutes? Bad planning, Intercape!

Bus left Cape Town late on 4 Jan. One cell phone charger near me worked some of the time, but not when I tried it. I asked a driver what time we would arrive in Makhanda, and he said "I don't know. Where's that? We're not late." Arrived in Makhanda 20 min late. Thankfully there was no music on this bus.

What facilities are there on board? All coaches are equipped with TOILETS - NOPE! air conditioning, individual reading lights - EXCEPT WHEN THESE ARE ALL SWITCHED OFF BY THE DRIVER, reclining seats, and on-board audio/video entertainment LOUD ENOUGH TO KEEP ALL PASSENGERS AWAKE.
