Lack of care for paying loyal customers

To whom it may concern, i cant explain how unhappy i am with the bus ride i took friday morning 28Feb 2020.

A bus ride that was supposed to be 6/7 hrs to Bloemfontein to Johannesburg took 12 hours after changing two buses and almost losing my life when the last bus driver reversed into a ditch without checking if theres space, they broke my suitcase from all the bus changes.

I would like a refund for this, and an apology, i hope you will get back to me as soon as possible, im still traumatized and would like to put this behind me.

I ended up hitch hiking in the cold dark to get home, because the driver left us standing there with no alternative arrangements for us, this is so wrong i cant believe management has not called me or us yet.
