KIDS CHRISTMAS DISAPPOINTMENT BY INTERCAPE

Every kid looks forward to Christmas day clothes and gifts in our locations. My kids went to PE for holidays for the first time and were so crazy about the Christmas clothes experience. INTERCAPE made it the worst for them as I have sent their parcel via them promised that it shall arrive at 06h30 today. Three (3) people at that parcel counter confirmed that it is so easy and will be done swiftly. My daughter was told this morning in PE that the parcel will only arrive on Friday the 27th of Dec as their services are not running today and tomorrow. I was never this disappointed in my life and let alone my disappointment but my kids, I cried of anger as I am not even there to console them. Intercape, your service STINKS....Ibolile, rotten, rotten... "Please note that ALL our services are RUNNING", that's their welcome note on their call centre, deceiving....
