21:45 we are now in Somerset at the Caltex petrol station, we here boarded a new bus after waiting at Cape Town station for a bus that we were supposed to be leaving at 19:00. We waited for a bus got onto a bus and had to get off and onto another bus. How ridiculous is this *** service. Over crowded busses after we are in a pandemic. The bus cannot even move faster then 20km, I tried calling the call centre with no luck
