Journey of 4hours became a all day and all night journey

Today 03/12/2023 got on the bus in Harrismith at around 12:30 embarked on the journey went to Montrose, just as we were approaching Van Reenen pass the bus broke down. We were then told a bus was coming, then after sometime a mechanic arrived. Touched few buttons and said we can go. It seemed as if we were going straight to Durban but nope. We went to Tugela Engen garage where we had to wait for another bus. It took more or less 5hours to get there, but only to die on us as we were leaving PMB. We are stuck yet again. I truly trusted your brand because it had never let me down, but as of today I believe I will be cutting all ties with your brand. Your customer care is bad shame….
