Jhb to Kby

Good day i'm highly disappointed in the service i received by the driver of the bus that was leaving from Jhb to Kby ,i was 6 minutes late due to an elderly person needed assistance, got to the bus he has not left and was standing in front of the boom gate about to leave have stand by the door and even run next to the bus while he was busy driving off but the drive was just ignoring me,even the other bus drivers that was behind him made means to speak us, unable can't to spent my Christmas with my family just for helping an elderly person pass and got there when everyone was in the bus ,very poor service
