JHB to CPT Bus drivers 🤢🤬😠

I am on the bus 8112 with my husband and 22 month old toddler, the drivers last stopped at Kroon engine garage for us to go to the toilet. They offloaded and loaded in Bloemfontein with no call for those who need to use the bathrooms to do so. We got to Trompsburg by BP garage and we started to get off as majority of us were now pressed. My husband spoke up to the drivers and now they are threatening him about leaving us here in the middle of no where and swearing at us. Worst service ever. Why are the stops not consistent? Why are the drivers disrespectful and swearing at us as if they are doing us a favour? I will never recommend anyone to use Intercape!!!!
