Irresponsible...!!!

Hi, I am currently standing outside the InterCape office in Pietermaritzburg. The time is 01:42 AM. The bus is already over 20 mins late and it's raining. I called your CT office at 01:35 and a very rude gentleman told me the bus will arrive in 1&1/2 hr. This means the bus is 2hrs late. I asked him about my safety since I'm standing here in the dark, he tells that my safety is not the responsibility of Intercape. If I'm ****** here, no one cares. Intercape has no regard for their passengers safety. A night bus arriving 2hrs late putting your passengers lives at risk IS NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY...!!

There is no explanation given, no text messages received. NOTHING, because it's not their responsibility! 10/ 15mins late is understable but 2 hrs in the middle of the night. NEVER!! Intercape used to be my operator of choice, but lately it's been the opposite. The buses breakdown way to often. Forever late making us late to catch the next mrans of transportation. Useless...!
