Intercape's terrible service

Bus booked from Cape Town to Port Shepstone. I checked in and waited for my bus to arrive. Bus company failed to announce to all passengers that the bus number 908 has been changed so I missed that bus. I was then transferred to another bus 616 in order to chase my bus to Mossel Bay. However, bus 616 failed brakes in Swellendam. We waited close to 2 hours till the mechanic arrived to fix the problem. The drivers made arrangements to take me to Umtata as we had already missed Mossel Bay arrangement... Bus 616 broke down again as we just disembarked to East London. We waited another 1hour 30 mins till another bus rescued us. Am sure when I reach Umtata I will have to take a taxi out of my own pocket. This is unacceptable... However, I would like to thank the drivers for their exceptional help.
