Intercape's pathetic services

On the 15th of December, I booked a trip for me and my partner from Pretoria Station to Bellville, Cape Town. Firstly I booked a Mainliner bus which me and my partner were aboard from Pretoria Station to Park Station in Johannesburg, once we stopped in Park Station we had to switch busses. They told us to board the Budgetliner after paying the full Mainliner price. When boarding the bus I could not sit next to my partner for the whole trip from Park Station, Johannesburg all the way to Bellville, Cape Town. At the time my partner needed some medical assistance which I had to help her with but I could not since we weren't sitting next to each other. Honestly this was very pathetic service and totally unfair seeing I paid for a Mainliner bus but ended up on a Budgetliner.
