Intercape's no refund policy is a ****

On Tuesday the 11-12-2018 I I missed my bus from Cape Town to Umthatha due to unforseen circumstances. What shocked me was the fact that Intercape doesn't even want to charge their customers a certain percentage then refund he customer but choose to take the whole amount. Even airlines make find ways to accommodate their customers Intercape's no refund policy is a **** and infuriating.
