Intercape's New Money Grab ****

Intercape does this new thing there where they make you book a Mainliner coach with more leg room and better comfort suitable for long distance at a higher price and then shortly into the trip, they transfer you to Budgetliner coach with a comfort level of a Toyota Avanza, and no lavatory facilities. Good luck getting any form of a partial refund because they have no problem sending you from pillar to post. This has happened to me and two other people I know. I would advise people to look into some of the better suited long distance buses in their localities. I can guarantee you Intercape's service is no longer better than most local buses anyway. You would think they would maintain better standards but nope, they are going the Greyhound route with buses that have malfunctioning aircons and ****roaches.
