Intercape's appualling service

I'm very appaulled and disgusted in your bus service. On the 28th of December 2022 I was on your bus from Cape Town to Harrismith and I smelt of urine all the way. I even had to put my blanket on my nose just to survive the trip. Then someone left a dump in the loo and it was in a worse state. A woman on the bus asked the driver in Bloemfontein to throw a bucket of water just to clean it up as it wasn't flushing from the word go. They could not be bothered. With that said we didn't even get toilet breaks. We last had one at 12:45am until I asked the driver at 7am when are we stopping as we haven't since that time. On my return trip I thought I would get a better experience but the same, it started with the toilet smelling of urine and passengers running to sit in the front like on the previous trip, however the smell eventually stopped. Then I asked the driver when are we taking a break in Bloemfontein as I haven't had a toilet stop since harrismith and he was rude saying there was a break at some place which I wasn't aware off as they only announce in front I would guess. He was so rude and said when the bus engine stops then it's a break and then I ask how am I supposed to know that. With his bad attitude He said that I can report him at the office. I'm sure he was so smug about it because he knows that I will be wasting my time as their are no repurcussions. I thought this was one of the best bus service, but I was wrong. I will never set foot on an intercape bus again
