Intercape you suck

I took the bus from Pretoria to Durban on the 26 December the trip was very unpleasant the bus was making noise from when we departed at the station near the rest stop it broke down, we were stranded as the crew was rude and did not know what was wrong i had to hitch hike and pay more and even arrived at my destination late and lost an opportunity, you guys suck never again.
