InterCAPE - Worst Bus Operator in South Africa

This is the worst bus operator in this country.

My story. I bought a ticket for my wife to travel from Bellville to Johannesburg. The time for departure was set at 18H45. We arrived at the bus stop just as the bus was leaving. I then asked the lady at counter where the next stop was and she told me that it was in Paarl, and the bus would depart from there at 19H20. We then drove to Paarl to get there before the bus.

We got to Paarl just in time to catch the bus. My wife asked the driver of the first bus that she saw to check her ticket. He rep**** without even looking that "this was not her bus". And while she tried to speak to him, the other bus started leaving the stop. So she missed her bus, because the bus driver was not prepared to assist her.

InterCape have a policy of no-refund or even a plan to allow rebooking at a reduced rate. That is a total rip-off. May this company fall to pieces before more people get *****ed in this way.
