Intercape with Horrible Service at Grahhamstown

Horrible service at Grahhamstown, they depart at wrong time, they left way early than the time they were suppose to depart. My niece was there at 8:30pm on the 17 November 2022 but the bus was long gone they didn't even refund her. Horrible Horrible service there do what is right and refund her because she was there on time. When she tried to call the lady on the phone was so rude. Intercape has worst service ever at Grahhamstown.
