Intercape values hitch hikers more then Customers

They pick up random people on the way during there trips and stop in ***** areas. The driver also closed the door on my cousin and I because we wen to the toilet during a 10min stop. He said we took longer then 10minutes but we were way under. The bus hadn't stopped for 3 hours prior to the incident and my cousin really needed a toilet break. They made us chase them on to the highway before they finally opened the door. At the very next stop he took 1 hours waiting for the same people he picked up on the highway. I think it's unfair that paying customers get treated with his way but friends and family can do what they want. The staff are very rude also. I think going forward I will rather use APM and Citi to city these guys suck. If he left me there I would have been stuck in Bethlehem and had no way home till the next day or ****** or worse.
