Intercape Unsatisfactory Service

I took your bus from East London to Cape Town which was supposed to arrive Saturday morning. First of all, the bus was over 2 hours late and then when we got to King William’s Town they let us know that there is a "technical issue" and they're waiting for a mechanic coming from Queenstown but they called him when we left East London, that was around 21:30. We waited for almost 2 hours, bus left the KWT station around 23:30.

There was more issues when we got to Calendon and we got dropped off at Bellville around 16:00 which is almost SEVEN hours behind schedule when we planned to arrive early Friday morning.

I am very disappointed and unhappy with this service and do not wish to ever use your service again, I will not be lying if asked about how my experience was with Intercape.
