INTERCAPE Unsafe, Unreliable Rude ***ards

Had a huge issue and more than a week after my complaint (in writing with read receipts). I have no feedback.

People get picked up from their collection point and dropped at JHB Station by an already full bus. Left there with no explanations. Slogan for Intercape. " SAFE DEPENDABLE AFFORDABLE" In your dreams maybe. Because this was a nightmare! Senior citizen, left to fend for herself, move her own baggage in amd out of bus after a mastectomy and back operation. Rude staff, and seemingly the customer care is just as bad!
