Intercape unsafe and not reliable.

intercape is so unreliable and the safety of the bus is questionable. We are 150 km in our trip but it has taken 6 hours, we are on a 2nd bus( backup bus)which has also now stopped in the middle of nowhere, no explanation or apology ,nothing.
