Intercape Unreliable - Won't recommend them at all!

This is the 2nd time I use Intercape for my teenage daughter to travel between Midrand - Welkom. Not only is the bus always late 30min - 1hr everytime, but today the bus had a tyre blowout which took ages to fix as they couldn't get the tyre off. Soon after the tyre was changed, the bus broke down just after the Vaal Tollgate. This is really stressful for a parent who sits 160km away from her and the reason we chose this bus service is because they advertise themselves as SAFE*DEPENDABLE*AFFORDABLE!!! Well, you failed 2/3 ticks already!!!! Let alone inconveniencing my 88yr old mother who has been waiting for her in Welkom for more than 4hrs. Next time I should rather use a shuttle service - cannot afford to risk my 16-year old daughter like this.
