Intercape unreliable service and pathetic customer service

Intercape buses don’t even deserve a single star. I wish there were an option to give zero stars. Their buses are unreliable, and their customer service is a joke. If you want to experience delays, then you can choose them.

I booked a return trip for my son from Port Elizabeth to Durban, and both of the trips were delayed, which ended up costing me extra money. I wrote to their customer service requesting compensation for the delays, but they refused and only offered a discount. This response showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability.

In short, Intercape is profoundly unreliable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to consider any other alternative.
