Intercape unaccountability

Purchased 2 x tickets from Pretoria to Knysna and due to unforseen circumstances canceled within 20 hours and 24 hours before departure and I have been told no cancelation allowed and since then we have been waiting for a voucher ever since. The service is poor and highly inefficient and the service is not clearly explained
