Terrible service from this bus. We waited 2.5hours in Grahamstown for the bus. When they arrived they were impatient and rude. They nearly shut the door on an elderly woman because they were now suddenly in a hurry. The toilet is filthy but they refuse to stop for us for a leg stretch and quick bathroom visit. When we asked, they threatened to leave us.
