Intercape travelling fridge

I am a frequent traveller with Intercape and it is like travelling inside fridge when travelling at night the driver will switch on the air conditioning, you have to treat flu after using thier buses at night and some are travelling with young kids, after an hours people starting coughing and remember we still have Covid in the country. I called the customer service I was told it is a standard procedure for thier driver to switch it on to make the air fresher but remember the temperature drops at night.
