Intercape to Pretoria

I booked a bus from Butterworth to Pretoria. According to the ticket the bus departs at 15:05 on Tuesday and arrives at 6:30 on Wednesday. By 15:10 I called the call center to check whether the bus was still coming only to be informed around 15:30 that the bus is still at Nelson Mandela Drive in Mthatha driving at 48km/h. There was no communication with the commuters to inform us of the delay. I'm disappointed to the core.
