Intercape, "the wrong choice", never again.

Im on Intercape bus 136 jhb to Cape Town, it stinks of toilet through out. We have our faces covered due to the smell from the toilet. There is no water and soap for people to was their hands after using the toilet. The AC is on hight. There isn't cabin crew. This is the worst thing I have ever had to pay for. There was no boarding order regardless of bookings, anyone could sit wherever they want.

I'm going to suffer all the way to Cape Town. I will never use this companys servicess regardless. You could learn a lot from Greyhound. For the same price I could have been very comfortable in a Greyhound had I managed to find space on time.

Hygiene and cabin crew management are basics of your industry. You have failed and at minimum yoy should be grounded for not meeting basic hygiene and safety standards. We are all at risk of getting sick due to this.
