Intercape the worst nightmare

Im in intercape bus😪 bfn to Welkom there was no aircons and it was extremely hot so people opened up the windows and asked the driver to turn on the aircons a bit. The driver put the aircons on full blast and it we felt like we were freezing.

Another passenger asked the driver to turn it down a little and he ignored this person. When we got close to Gauteng at a 1stop garage we complained to him and he laughed us off.

When I was at wimpy he came to me to tell me that when the aircon was off we complained and now we are complaining again when its on full blast. I tried calling intercape before this and the guy said he needs a ticket number even though I gave him the bus number, I told him I booked online and I dont have the ticket number or do not know where I can get one, he then said he cant help me. WHY DO THEY NEED A TICKET NUMBER TO TELL THE DRIVER TO LOWER THE AIRCONS?

They better pray that me and my daughter dont get sick!
