Intercape the unpleasant bus

Myself and my wife are travelling on the intercape bus from Cape town to East London. What a terrible experience, the assistant driver is very rude, the bus is 18:50 departure time from Bellville 29/10/2019. The bus is very hot and uncomfortable. There are also terrible smells. This bus is useless.
