Intercape taking us for a ride

It's bad enough that we are paying exorbitant prices in December. I booked Intercape Mainliner (not Budgetliner), please make me understand why I am on a bus called Blue sky?????? Even if it is operated by intercape that is not what I purchased. Why are you selling tickets for a bus that is full???? You must make it clear on your booking platform so that I have the option to not book. Now I must get on a bus I am not fami**** with because I already booked. This is nonsense 😠😠😠😠 will definitely not be using your services again
